The process of silicon solar coating waste gas treatment is analyzed.According to the shortcomings of the original system,a new waste gas treatment equipment which can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission is developed.The new silicon solar coating waste gas treatment system can effectively treat flammable and explosive waste gas and achieve up to standard emission.
