纤维素醚对硫铝酸盐水泥浆体水组分及水化产物演变的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用低场核磁共振仪、热分析仪研究了纤维素醚改性硫铝酸盐水泥(CSA)浆体中的水组分及微结构演变。结果表明,掺入纤维素醚后,其吸附了絮凝结构间水,在横向弛豫时间(T_(2))谱中表征为第三弛豫峰,且吸附水量与掺量呈正相关。此外,纤维素醚显著促进了CSA絮凝结构内部与絮凝结构间水的交换。纤维素醚的添加虽对硫铝酸盐水泥水化产物的种类无影响,却会影响特定龄期水化产物的生成量。 The evolution of water and microstructure in cellulose ether modified calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA) cement paste was studied by low-field nuclear magnetic resonance and thermal analyzer. The results show that with the addition of cellulose ether, cellulose ether adsorbs water, which is characterized as the third relaxation peak in the transverse relaxation time spectrum of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance. The amount of adsorbed water has a positive correlation with the dosage of cellulose ether. Furthermore, cellulose ether significantly promotes the water exchange between the inner and outer flocculent structure of CSA paste. Although the addition of cellulose ether plays no role in the types of hydrates, it affects the amount of hydrates at specific curing ages.
