基于综合评价的城市轨道交通项目施工阶段安全管理

SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF URBAN RAIL TRANSIT PROJECT BASED ON COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

通过对我国近几年城市轨道交通项目施工阶段发生的安全事故进行分析,可以发现安全事故发生的次数以及出现的人员伤亡数量都处于高位状态,相关事故中坍塌事故发生的比例最大,占据事故总数的50%以上。可见积极开展施工阶段的安全管理工作具有重要意义,只有保证城市轨道交通项目施工阶段安全管理工作的高效开展,才能实现对安全事故的有效防范,进一步提升相关项目施工工作的安全水平。

Through the analysis of the safety accidents that have occurred during the construction phase of urban rail transit projects in our country in recent years,it can be found that the number of safety accidents and casualties are at a high level.Among the related accidents,collapse accidents have the largest proportion,which can account for More than 50%of the total number of accidents.It can be seen that it is very urgent to actively carry out safety management during the construction phase.Only by ensuring the efficient development of safety management during the construction phase of urban rail transit projects can effective prevention of safe construction be achieved and the safety level of the construction work of the project can be further improved.
