摘要
目的了解邯郸及周边地区儿童血铅暴露状况,以指导儿童铅暴露的防治。方法采用钨舟原子吸收法对来院体检儿童进行血铅检测,按性别、年龄分组,比较组间差异。结果18531例0岁~10岁儿童血铅水平为(12.6,14.6)μg/L,高铅血症、铅中毒检出率分别为0.91%、0.28%,无重度铅中毒。男童血铅水平为(13.1,18.7)μg/L,高铅血症、铅中毒检出率分别为1.11%、0.36%,女童血铅水平为(12.1,10.5)μg/L,高铅血症、铅中毒检出率分别为0.56%、0.15%。婴幼儿(0岁~3岁)、学龄前(>3岁~6岁)、学龄(>6岁)血铅浓度水平分别为(12.1,17.3)μg/L、(12.9,11.6)μg/L、(12.8,14.9)μg/L;高铅血症检出率分别为0.78%、0.99%、0.99%;铅中毒检出率分别为0.32%、0.30%、0.21%。结论邯郸及周边地区儿童血铅暴露水平接近安全水平,但不能松懈,仍需持续监测儿童血铅水平。
Objective To investigate the blood lead exposure of children in Handan and its surrounding areas,so as to guide the prevention and treatment of lead exposure in children.Methods Tungsten boat atomic absorption method was used to detect blood lead of children who came to our hospital for physical examination,and they were grouped by gender and age.The results between groups were compared.Results The blood lead level of 18531 children aged 0-10 years was(12.6,14.6)μg/L,the positive rates of hyperplumbemia and lead poisoning were 0.91%and 0.28%,none of the children had severe lead poisoning.The blood lead level in boys was(13.1,18.7)μg/L,and the positive rates of hyperplumbemia and lead poisoning were 1.11%and 0.36%;the blood lead level in girls was(12.1,10.5)μg/L,and the positive rates of hyperplumbemia and lead poisoning were 0.56%and 0.15%.Infants(0-3 years old),preschool(3 years old-6 years old)and school age(>6 years old)were collected,and their blood lead concentrations were(12.1,17.3)μg/L,(12.9,11.6)μg/L,and(12.8,14.9)μg/L.The detection rates of hyperplumbemia were 0.78%,0.99%,0.99%.The detection rates of lead poisoning were0.32%,0.30%,and 0.21%.Conclusion The blood lead exposure levels of children in Handan and its surrounding areas are close to safety level,but vigilance and continuous monitoring of children’s blood lead levels are still needed.
