银发浪潮下株洲市社区居家养老设施规划策略研究

Research on the Planning Strategy of Community Home-based Care Facilities in Zhuzhou City under the SilverWave

随着我国银发浪潮的来袭,养老问题日益凸显,家庭赡养压力增大,从而导致由家庭子女照顾的单一方式向更加多元化的养老需求转变;另一方面,我国的快速城镇化带来城市空间资源收紧。在此背景下,基于株洲市养老设施专项规划编制实践,重点聚焦社区居家养老设施现状存在的问题,以老年人需求为出发点,结合积极老龄化和城市更新,探索出一条易操作、易实施、能进一步完善株洲市养老服务体系建设之路,同时也能为其他城市提供参考。

With the coming of the silver wave in China,the problem of elderly care is becoming increasingly prominent.On the one hand,the pressure of family support is increasing,which leads to the change from the single way of family nursing to more diversified elderly care needs;On the other hand,China's rapid urbanization leads to the tightening of urban space resources.In this context,based on the special planning practice for elderly care facilities in Zhuzhou City,the paper focuses on the existing problems of community home-based care facilities,takes the needs of the elderly as the starting point,and combines active aging and urban renewal to explore an easy-to-operate and easy-to-implement method to improve the construction of Zhuzhou's elderly care service system.In addition,it can provide some references for other cities.
