摘要
为充分了解建筑业从业人员危险警觉性的影响因素,提升警觉性不足人员筛查效果,预防事故发生。基于自主开发的危险警觉性多维影响因素量表,在通过预调查评价初始量表信效度和模型拟合程度的基础上,调整形成最终量表。继而开展正式调查,从环境、行为、态度和个体特质4个维度探究危险警觉性的各指标影响程度关系及4个维度之间的影响程度关系。研究表明:危险警觉性影响因素体系包含4个维度:环境警觉、行为警觉、态度警觉和个体特质维度;施工风险容忍程度与危险警觉性差异关联不大;个体特质维度是影响危险警觉性的最关键维度,对其他维度亦有显著影响,尤其和态度警觉维度相互影响最显著;环境警觉维度中警觉稳定性、警示敏感性对危险警觉性的影响最弱。
This paper aims to fully understand the factors influencing the hazard alertness of the construction industry workers,improve the screening effect of the lack of alertness,and prevent accidents.The reliability and validity of the initial scale and the degree of model fitting were evaluated through pre-investigation,and the final scale be adjusted and formed,these are based on the risk alertness multidimensional influencing factor scale independently developed.Then,a formal investigation be carried out to explore the relationship between the influence degree of each indicator of risk alertness and the influence degree of the four dimensions from the four dimensions of environment,behavior,attitude and individual characteristics.The results show that the risk alertness influencing factor system consists of four dimensions,including environmental alertness,behavioral alertness,attitude alertness and individual characteristics.There is no significant correlation between construction risk tolerance and hazard alertness:Individual trait dimension is the most critical dimension affecting risk alertness,and has significant influence on other dimensions,especially on attitude alertness.Among the dimensions of environmental alertness»alertness stability and alertness sensitivity had the weakest influence on hazard alertness.
