项目复杂度调节作用下契约治理对PPP项目治理绩效的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Contract Governance on PPP Project Governance Performance Under the Moderation of Project Complexity

为明确项目复杂度调节作用下契约治理对PPP项目治理绩效的作用机理,将契约治理的衡量维度界定为契约形成的公平公正性、契约缔约的全面性、契约履约的规范性、契约变更的合理性和契约解除的明确性。以项目复杂度特征作为契约治理的5个维度对项目治理绩效影响路径中的调节变量,提出相应研究假设,并对收回的有效问卷数据进行实证分析。结果表明:契约治理的5个维度对项目治理绩效均有显著的正向相关关系;项目复杂度显著负向调节契约缔约的全面性、契约履约的规范性和契约解除的明确性与项目治理绩效的关系。研究成果为厘清契约治理对项目绩效的作用路径及进一步完善项目治理实践提供参考。

To clarify the mechanism of contract governance’s impact on the performance of PPP projects under the moderation of project complexity, this study defines the measurement dimensions of contract governance, including the fairness and justice of contract formation,the comprehensiveness of contract signing,the standardization of contract performance,the rationality of change,and the clarity of cancellation. Then,this study takes the project complexity characteristics as the moderator variable in the impact pathway of the five dimensions of contract governance on project governance performance,puts forward corresponding research hypotheses,and conducts an empirical analysis based on the recovered valid questionnaire data. The results show that the five dimensions of contract governance have a significant positive correlation with project governance performance,and project complexity significantly negatively regulates the relationship between the comprehensiveness of contract signing,the standardization of contract performance, the clarity of contract termination and project governance performance. The findings provide references for clarifying the path of contract governance on project performance and further improving project governance practices.
