绿色建筑发展水平测度与时空演变特征 被引量:4

摘要 由于宏观经济及市场认受程度不同,绿色建筑在地理分布上呈现一定的空间分异特征。以全国30个省级行政区为研究对象,从社会经济、能源环境、产业结构、行业结构4个维度选取指标,综合运用熵权法对绿色建筑发展水平进行测度和评价,并通过自然间断点、变异系数及探索性空间数据分析对其时空演变特征进行研究。结果表明,我国的绿色建筑总体处于低水平,具有地域差异性,相较于中西部地区,东部地区的绿色建筑发展水平差异程度较小,并且这种空间差异在整体上有缩小的趋势;另外,我国绿色建筑呈现显著的空间正相关,随着时间的演变,空间聚集性逐渐加强,而省域之间的绿色建筑发展水平差距较大。这些分析结果有助于为绿色建筑区域发展提供理论参考。 Due to the different degree of macroeconomic and market recognition,green buildings show certain spatial differentiation characteristics in geographical distribution.Taking 30 provincial administrative regions in China as the research object,this paper constructs a theoretical framework,selects indicators from the four dimensions including social economy,energy environment,industrial structure and industrial structure,comprehensively uses the entropy weight method to measure and evaluate the development level of green buildings,and studies its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics through natural discontinuities,coefficient of variation and exploratory spatial data analysis.The results show that the development level of green buildings in China is generally at a low level,with regional differences.Compared with the central and western regions,the difference between the development level of green buildings in the eastern region is small,and this spatial difference tends to narrow on the whole.Additionally,China's green buildings show a significant positive spatial correlation.With the evolution of time,the spatial agglomeration is gradually strengthened,while there is a large gap in the development level of green buildings between provinces.These analysis results are helpful to provide theoretical reference for the regional development of green buildings.
