摘要
复杂建设项目质量管理问题是工程建设的重难点问题。典型的复杂建设项目质量管理系统具有不确定性、动态性,初始敏感性、自适应性、非线性、涌现性等特性,采用马尔科夫链结合信息熵的方法描述其不确定性和动态性,从而反映出质量管理的复杂性水平。通过构建马尔科夫链-熵模型对复杂建设项目质量管理系统复杂性进行测度,提出系统实际复杂性、理论最大复杂性、相对复杂性系数3项量化指标。这3项量化指标可为复杂建设项目质量管理有效分析、决策及改进提供参考依据。并通过实证分析验证了马尔科夫链-熵模型的有效性和实用性。
The quality management of complex construction projects is a difficult problem in engineering construction. The typical quality management system of complex construction projects has the characteristics of uncertainty,dynamic,initial sensitivity,self-adaptation,non-linearity,and emergence. The Markov chain method combined with information entropy is used to describe its uncertainty and dynamic,thus reflecting the complexity level of quality management. By constructing a Markov chain-entropy model to measure the complexity of the quality management system of complex construction projects,three quantitative indicators are proposed, including the actual complexity of the system,the theoretical maximum complexity, and the relative complexity coefficient. These three quantitative indicators can provide theoretical reference for the effective analysis,decision-making and improvement of the quality management of complex construction projects. Examples verify the validity and practicability of the Markov chain-entropy model.
