《资本论》视阈下的“碳商品”社会关系探析

Research on the Social Relationship of"Carbon Commodity":A Perspective from Karl Marx's Capital

《资本论》中有关商品的价值、交换价值、资本和雇佣劳动等一系列范畴的唯物史观分析,有助于辨清“碳商品”的社会关系。“碳商品”的社会关系本质是:置于金融资本中为资本增殖而建立的一种“碳中和”金本位,是取代“石油”金本位的碳价值转移。碳价值的实质是“积累起来的劳动对活劳动的支配权”。在“碳商品”财富—权力社会关系中呈现的感性现实就是贫穷与富有的矛盾,它是资本主义自身无法克服的矛盾。中国政府面对气候环境问题,一方面积极解决工业化发展中的绿色难题,另一方面切实把能源与人民群众生活质量的现实问题结合起来,把社会贫富差距与能源安全治理问题联动起来,实现能源问题与贫困问题的“双破解”。

The materialist analysis of such concepts as commodity value,exchange value,capital and wage labor termed in Marx's Capital is conducive to differentiating the social relationship of"carbon commodity".In light of the social relationship rooted in financial capital and capital proliferation,"carbon commodity"is defined as a"carbon neutral"gold standard,a kind of carbon value transfer replacing the"oil"gold standard.The essence of carbon value is"the control of accumulated labor over living labor",manifesting perceptibly the gap between rich and poor within the social relationship built by"wealth power"of carbon goods,an inevitability of capitalism.How to discard inequality triggered by the"wealth power"social relationship depends on historical materialism.As an alternative,China seeks to take a balanced approach to solve the problems of both energy and poverty,advancing green industrial development while lessening the impact on climate change and ameliorating people's quality of life by filling the gap between rich and poor and addressing energy security challenges.Key points:1.the"carbon commodity"viewed critically from political economy;2.wealth and power:"inevitability"of financial capital relationship imposed by carbon emission trading;3.carbon neutrality:practicing social relations connecting"carbon commodity".
