免抹灰混凝土废渣空心隔墙条板裂缝防治技术 被引量:2

摘要 为防止免抹灰混凝土废渣空心隔墙条板产生裂缝,本技术从隔墙本身的构造及工作基准面入手,针对裂缝容易产生的位置,从构造措施、施工工序、专用材料等方面展开相关研究,以此总结出切实可行的裂缝防治技术。具体分析部位如下:隔墙和混凝土接触部位、隔墙和隔墙接触部位、隔墙开槽敷设线管后的砂浆填补部位。实践表明,墙体顶部、底部和混凝土接触部位应采用如下裂缝防治技术:在墙体安装之前用泡沫堵孔、安装完成后采用二次堵木楔孔工艺、墙体竖向和混凝土结构接触位置先安装U型卡槽,后涂抹专用砂浆,并在安装过程中挤压墙体排出多余砂浆;墙体与墙体接触位置的裂缝防治技术如下:采用带凹凸的接口的墙体,使用二次填补砂浆的技术;墙体开槽线管敷设部位:采用防火橡胶棉条塞住孔隙,并分层分批次涂抹砂浆。具体工程实践表明本技术能够有效地防治裂缝产生。 In order to prevent cracks in the concrete slag-free hollow partition wall slabs,this technology starts from the structure of the partition wall itself and the working reference surface,and carries out relevant research in terms of structural measures,construction procedures,and unique materials for the locations where cracks are likely to occur,and concluded a practical crack prevention technology.Practice shows that the crack control techniques for the top,bottom,and concrete contact parts of the wall are as follows:use the foam plugging technique before installing the wall,and use the second plugging wood wedge technique after the installation.Use a U-shaped slot,special mortar,and press the connection.Wall-to-wall contact position:use the secondary filling mortar technique with concave and convex interfaces;after the wall slotted line pipe is laid,plug the holes with fireproof rubber tampons and apply mortar in layers and batches.Specific engineering practice shows that this technology can effectively prevent and control cracks.
