高校数字化档案管理的问题及对策探微

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Digital Archives Management in Universities

高校的档案管理是高校重要工作之一,其涉及的范围较广,工作量也较大。高校数字化档案管理可以有效解决传统档案管理方式下存在的问题,既提高档案的管理水平,又降低档案管理的成本,是目前我国高校进行档案管理的重要方式,也是我国现代化发展的必然选择。高校数字化档案管理仍存在着一定的问题,需要提出相应的解决对策,以达到档案管理的最优化。

Archives management in universities is important, covering a wide range and involving a lot of work, and so its digitization is very effective and economic. Furthermore, the digitization of archives management can effectively solve the problems common to that under the traditional way, improving the management level while reducing the cost. Therefore, it has become an important way for archives management in China’s universities at present, inevitable under the context of China’s modern development. However, this paper points out that there are still problems that need to be solved and optimized in digital archives management, and corresponding solutions should be put forward in order to achieve optimal management.
