职业院校产教融合实训基地建设的思考

Thoughts on Construction of Industry Education Integration Training Base in Vocational Colleges

以2019年国家发改委、教育部等6部门颁布的《国家产教融合建设试点实施方案》为标志,高等职业教育产教融合实训基地建设进入了以“高水平”“专业化”为基本特征的新阶段。为了进一步提高产教融合实训基地的建设质量和运行效率,大力推进校企合作、产教融合,阐述相关的文件、政策,深入探讨现有基地的运行现状,并对普遍存在的问题进行分析,围绕“高水平”“专业化”的特征要求,提出相关改革建议,为职业院校进行产教融合实训基地建设提供借鉴和参考。

Marked by the Pilot Implementation Plan for the Construction of National Industry Education Integration issued by six ministries and commissions including the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education in 2019,the construction of industry education integration training base of higher vocational education has entered a new stage characterized by“high level”and“specialization”.In order to further improve the construction quality and operation efficiency of production education integration training base,vigorously promote school enterprise cooperation and production education integration,elaborate relevant documents and policies,deeply explore the operation status of the existing base,analyze the common problems,and put forward relevant reform suggestions around the characteristic requirements of“high level”and“specialization”,so as to provide reference for the construction of production education integration training base in vocational colleges.
