北京地区公办高职院校学生创业现状探析

On Current Situation of Students’Entrepreneurship in State-Owned Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing

纵深推进大众创业、万众创新是深入实施创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑,而大学生是大众创业万众创新的生力军。高职学生作为大学生中的一类,在其中占据了重要地位。北京地区16所公办高职院校在北京全部25所高职院校中占据了较大比例,并处于“头部”地位。这些学生的创业意愿、创业能力、创业情况等现状具有典型性和代表性。通过问卷调查法和访谈调查法,对北京地区公办高职院校学生创业现状进行调查、分析、研究,并提出应对策略,对推动高职院校开展创业工作、提高学生创业能力、提升创业成功率具有积极的参考意义。

Further promoting“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”is a significant support for carrying out the innovation-driven development strategy,and college students are a new force to facilitate“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.As a type of college students,higher vocational students occupy an important position.The 16 state-owned vocational colleges take up a larger proportion of and hold a leading position in all the 25 vocational colleges in Beijing.Thus,these students’current situation of entrepreneurial intention,ability and condition are typical and representative of all the college students.By means of questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper investigates,analyzes and studies the status quo of entrepreneurship of students in state-owned vocational colleges in Beijing,and puts forward countermeasures,which has a positive significance of reference to promoting students’entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,improving students’entrepreneurial ability and raising the rate of successful entrepreneurship.
