摘要
辅导员是高校开展学生管理活动不可或缺的组织群体,辅导员由于工作性质特点,在工作中产生怠倦感在所难免,辅导员的工作动力系统决定着高校学生管理工作的质量。新时代高校辅导员工作面临诸多挑战,应根据动力系统的影响因素,确立辅导员核心能力培养的短期与长期方向,并构建动力系统的动力源泉及支撑体系,完善高校辅导员奖惩机制。
Counsellors are an indispensable part of universities in student management,but it is almost unavoidable for a counsellor to suffer burning-out due to the nature of their work.As the work dynamics system for counsellors determines the quality of college students management to cope with endless challenges,both short and long-term goals in counsellors'core capabilities should be set up according to the influencing factors of the system and efforts should be made to build the dynamic source and supporting system by way of improving a praise and penalty mechanism.
