摘要
强力旋压在航天、航空、兵器、核工业及民品行业中已得到日益广泛的应用。对于旋转座体结构设计中涉及的一些关键问题尚未引起系统的分析和深入研究,着重对旋轮座体的关键部件进行了论述,首先是对强力旋压机旋轮座部件进行系统的结构分析,然后设计了专用夹具,以确保旋压机部件的本体满足结构设计的实际需要。在保证设计要求的前提下,提高了经济性和生产效率,实现自主研发的强力旋转,设计流畅,为旋压机系统的结构设计提供了重要的技术支持,同时对于新型强力旋压机结构设计技术水平的不断提高,仍不乏重要的指导意义。
Power spinners have been widely used in the industries like aerospace,aviation,weapon,nuclear industry and civilian products,but some key issues involved in the structural design of the rotary base have not yet been systematically analyzed and studied.In the paper below,some key components of the rotary base are discussed,and then presented the design of a special fixture to ensure the body of the spinning machine part to meet the actual needs of the structural design.On the premise of ensuring the design requirements,the economy and production efficiency are improved,the powerful rotation of independent research and development is realized,and the design is smooth,which provides important technical support for the structural design of the spinning machine system,and is of important guiding significance for the continuous improvement of the structural design of new power spinning machines.
