大型活动下旅游景点人群聚集预警系统构建--以五四广场灯光秀为例

Research on Crowd-Gathering Early Warning System of Tourist Attractions under Large- Scale Activities: A Case of the Light Show in the May 4th Square

近年来,随着旅游业的发展,各大景点人群“井喷”现象频发,其中存在着巨大的安全隐患。如何在举办大型活动时保障游客的安全,成为城市管理者最为关心的问题。五四广场作为青岛著名旅游景点之一,游客流量屡创高峰,如突发紧急事件,迅速有效的救援十分重要。本文以此为出发点,分析了游客在五四广场观赏灯光秀时的现时情况,并预测了灾时情况,依托科技手段和规划知识,从监测、诊断和预警三个方面出发,构建了人群聚集风险预警系统,对保障大型活动下旅游景点的人群聚集的安全性具有重要意义。

In recent years,with the development of tourism,the phenomenon of“blowout”of people in various scenic spots occurs frequently,in which there is a huge potential safety hazard.How to ensure the safety of tourists when holding large-scale events has also become one of the most important issues for city managers.As one of the famous tourist attractions in Qingdao,the May 4th square is of great importance for the rapid and effective rescue of tourists,such as sudden emergencies.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of tourists watching light show in May Fourth Square,and forecasts the disaster situation.Relying on scientific and technological means and planning knowledge,from three aspects of monitoring,diagnosis and early warning,the early warning system of crowd gathering risk is constructed,which is of great significance to guarantee the safety of crowd gathering in the large-scale activities.
