城市高层小户型住宅的开放性设计策略探索--基于苏州工业园区湖东CBD片区高层住宅分析

Study on Open Design Strategy of Urban Small High-Rise Residence: Based on the Analysis on the High-Rise Residential Buildings in the Hudong CBD Area of Suzhou Industrial Park

本文以苏州工业园区湖东CBD片区高层小户型住宅为分析对象,通过对此区域小户型住宅产品的整理分析,归纳其固化型产品设计特征及居住者自发改造的现实要求,得出城市高层小户型住宅开放式设计的重要性。在此基础上,结合分析小户型使用对象及时代发展需求,提出小户型开放设计的三点具体策略,同时基于策略及目标,建立基于案例分析的小户型住宅开放式设计基础模型及基于基础模型演化出来的不同布局形式,从而使小户型住宅室内空间获得更大的使用弹性,以期具有实际可操作性。

Taking the small high-rise residence in Hudong CBD area of Suzhou Industrial Park as the analysis object,through sorting out and analyzing the small residence products in this area,this paper summarizes the design characteristics of solidified products and the practical requirements of residents’spontaneous transformation,and obtains the importance of open design for urban high-rise small residence.On this basis,combined with the analysis on the use objects of small houses and the development needs of the times,this paper puts forward three specific strategies for the open design of small houses.At the same time,based on the strategies and objectives,this paper establishes the basic model of open design of small houses based on case analysis and different layout forms evolved on the basis of the basic model,so as to make the indoor space of small houses more flexible,and to provide practical operability.
