当代教育类建筑遗产评价体系与保护模式初探 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪末以来,高等教育迅速发展,迫使高校采取存量更新的方式来缓解校区建设的资源问题,也致使大量学校的历史文化资源,尤其是教育类建筑遗产严重流失。目前,我国对于当代教育类建筑遗产保护价值的认可度逐渐提高,需形成完善的评价体系与保护模式。对此,本文从不可移动的当代教育类建筑遗产的历史价值、使用价值、艺术价值、教育价值等价值角度出发,使用专家打分法、层次分析法等对其保护意义构建定性与定量的评价标准体系,并探索建立当代教育遗产的三级划分和分类保护模式,为当代教育类建筑遗产加入历史建筑保护行列进行一定的初探。 With the rapid development of higher education since the end of the 20th century,colleges and universities are forced to adopt the method of stock updating to alleviate the resource problem of campus construction,which also leads to the serious loss of a large number of historical and cultural resources,especially educational architectural heritage.At present,China’s recognition on the protection value of contemporary educational heritage is gradually improving,and a perfect evaluation system and protection mode need to be formed.In this regard,the paper starts from the historical value,use value,artistic value,and educational value of the immovable contemporary educational heritage,uses expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process,etc.to construct a qualitative and quantitative evaluation standard system for its protection significance,and explores the establishment of a three-level classification and classified protection mode of the contemporary educational heritage,so as to explore how to make contemporary educational heritage join the ranks of historic building protection.
