公共建筑使用后评价体系建设初步研究

摘要 2014年,“建筑策划”和“使用后评价”正式纳入我国建筑学专有名词,其理论发展对建筑学学科与建筑教育都有极其重要的意义。公共建筑使用后评价体系建设,旨在综合考察项目立项、选址、建设和使用等各个方面的完成情况与影响因子,并评定经济、社会、环境三方面的效益。在论述公共建筑使用后评价体系建设的目标与动因的基础上,研究了公共建筑使用后评价体系的基本框架,分析其考察指标、建设原则、分析方法等,并提出了公共建筑使用后评价体系的报告形式。 In 2014,“architectural programming”and“post occupancy evaluation”were officially included in the professional terms of architecture in China,and the development of their theories has extremely important significance for architecture disciplines and architectural education.The construction of post occupancy evaluation system of public buildings aims to comprehensively investigate the completion and influence factors of project approval,site selection,construction and use,and to evaluate the economic,social and environmental benefits.On the basis of discussing the goal and motivation of post occupancy evaluation system of public buildings,this paper studies the basic frame of post occupancy evaluation system of public buildings,analyzes its inspection index,construction principle,analysis method,etc.,and finally puts forward the report form of the post occupancy evaluation system of public buildings.
