载体诱导NiS沉淀处理含Ni^(2+)废水效果分析 被引量:1

Effect of NiS precipitation induced by carrier on Ni^(2+)-containing wastewater treatment

摘要 以含Ni^(2+)配水为处理对象,Na_(2)S为沉淀剂,获得最佳NiS沉淀条件:pH=6,沉淀剂投加浓度比4∶1,搅拌速率30 r/min,平衡时间为80 min。在此条件下,对比11种不同载体诱导NiS沉淀效果,添加9种载体后,反应平衡时间及Ni^(2+)平衡去除率均被优化,最佳载体为白云石,同时开展沉淀过程中体系Zeta电位,分析载体诱导沉淀去除效果与Zeta电位的关联性;研究3种产地白云石相组成含量于Ni^(2+)诱导去除效果的影响,对相组成含量及诱导效果进行线性拟合,与Ni^(2+)平衡去除率呈正相关的成分为CaO、MgO、SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)。结合同组实验,白云石诱导PbS、Ca_(5)OH(PO_(4))_(3)沉淀与本实验有相似规律,为提高Ni^(2+)平衡去除率,应选择灵敏度大、正相关成分含量高的作为最佳载体。 With water distribution containing Ni^(2+) as the treatment object and Na_(2)S as the precipitator,the optimum conditions for Ni^(2+) removal were obtained as follows:pH=6,precipitant concentration ratio 4∶1,stirring rate 30 r/min,the balancing time is 80 min.Under these conditions,11 different carriers were compared to induce NiS precipitation effect.After 9 carriers were added,the reaction equilibrium time was significantly reduced and the equilibrium removal rate of Ni^(2+) was significantly improved,the best carrier was dolomite.At the same time,Zeta potential of the system during precipitation process was carried out to analyze the universality of the correlation between carrier induced precipitation removal effect and Zeta potential.Explore different areas content of dolomite in Ni^(2+) balance the effect of removal rate,and component content and balance the removal rate for linear fitting,was positively correlated with Ni^(2+)balance removal rate ingredient:CaO,MgO,SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3).Combining group test,dolomite induced PbS,Ca_(5)OH(PO_(4))_(3)precipitation with this test have similar laws.To improve the Ni^(2+)balance removal rate,sensitivity,should choose high positive correlation component content of dolomite.
