摘要
系统调研了生物表面活性剂结构、功能及产生菌研究现状和与生物表面活性剂相关的复合驱油体系构成,总结了生物与化学表面活性剂间的协同作用机制,并从降低界面张力、改变润湿性和乳化作用三方面对多元复合驱主要驱油机理进行论述,对生物/化学多元复合驱矿场试验情况及应用效果进行分析。研究发现,随着基因工程和发酵技术的发展,生物表面活性剂的生产成本将会大幅度降低,加之超低的临界胶束浓度值以及特殊的结构特点,生物表面活性剂能够代替和降低化学表面活性剂的用量,缓解表面活性剂生产供应问题,提升复合驱油体系性能、降低成本,实现复合驱油技术的升级换代。
The structure and function of biosurfactant,the current research situation of biosurfactant and the composition of composite flooding system related to biosurfactant are systematically investigated,and the synergistic mechanism between biosurfactant and chemical surfactant is summarized,discussing the main oil displacement mechanism of multiple flooding from three aspects:reducing interfacial tension,changing wettability and emulsification.The field test and application effect of bio/chemical multiple flooding are analyzed.It is found that with the development of genetic engineering and fermentation technology,the production cost of biosurfactant will be greatly reduced,with the ultra-low critical micelle concentration and special structural characteristics,biosurfactant can replace and reduce the consumption of chemical surfactant,alleviate the problem of surfactant production and supply,improve the performance of composite flooding system and reduce the cost to realize the upgrading and upgrading of composite oil displacement technology.
