摘要
为准确检测GIS设备的缺陷状态,凸显GIS设备数字成像细节,提升GIS设备缺陷精度与效率,设计基于Wi-Fi传输模块优化的GIS设备数字成像系统。应用X射线机和成像板同步升降装置调节X摄像机和成像板位置,通过Wi-Fi信号可控制同步升降装置的位置、控制数字成像系统的数据采集与图像传输,引入Wi-Fi网络通信信息传输效率优化方法,提高GIS设备数字成像信息传输效率。实验结果验证:该系统对多种GIS设备的数字成像效果显著,成像时设备缺陷细节明显;对GIS设备缺陷的漏检率降低,信息传输效率与吞吐量得以优化。
In order to detect the defect state of GIS equipment accurately,highlight the details of digital imaging of GIS equipment,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of GIS equipment defects,a digital imaging system of GIS equipment based on Wi-Fi transmission module optimization is designed.The X-ray machine and imaging board synchronous lifting device are used to adjust the position of x-camera and imaging board.Meanwhile,the position of the synchronous lifting device can be controlled by Wi-Fi signal,and the data acquisition and image transmission of digital imaging system can be controlled.The optimization method of communication information transmission efficiency of Wi-Fi network is introduced to improve the transmission efficiency of digital imaging information of GIS equipment.The experiment results show that the digital imaging effect of the system is significant for many GIS equipment,and the defect details of the equipment are obvious,besides,the leakage rate of GIS equipment defects becomes smaller,and the efficiency and throughput of information transmission are optimized.
