国有林场是林业生态文明建设的核心力量。在林业发展中,国有林场功能优势十分显著,使其优势得到充分发挥,关键因素在于林场的科学管理,同时还要不断创新。由于国有林场在过去长期受传统经济体制的制约,在经营管理上较为粗放和落后,研究和摸索更加适合国有林场发展的管理思路,创建和完善国有林场的管理体系。在分析国有林场功能优势的基础上,提出国有林场的管理方略和创新路径,促进国有林场管理水平的进一步提升。

State-owned forest farms are the core force of forestry ecological civilization construction.In the development of forestry,the functional advantages of state-owned forest farms are very significant,so that their advantages can be brought into full play.The key factor lies in the scientific management of forest farms and continuous innovation.As the state-owned forest farms have been restricted by the traditional economic system for a long time in the past,they are relatively extensive and backward in operation and management,researching and exploring management ideas are more suitable for the development of state-owned forest farms,so we should establish and improve the management system of state-owned forest farms.Based on the analysis of the functional advantages of state-owned forest farms,this paper puts forward the management strategy and innovation path of state-owned forest farms,so as to further improve the management level of state-owned forest farms.
