摘要
大量、过量甚至滥用抗生素,导致药物残留和细菌耐药性问题日益严重,抗生素替代品的研发变得十分迫切。羊抗菌肽具有广谱抗菌、抑制肿瘤细胞生长和低细胞毒性等诸多优点,有望被作为抗生素的替代品用于畜禽促生长和疾病预防,甚至人类抗癌药的开发。文章围绕羊抗菌肽分类、功能、作用机制及制备方法进行综述,旨在为羊相关抗菌肽的开发提供借鉴。
The problems of drug residues and bacterial drug resistance are becoming more and more serious.The research and development of antibiotic substitutes has become very urgent.Sheep antimicrobial peptides have many advantages,such as broad-spectrum antibacterial,inhibiting tumor cell growth and low cytotoxicity.They are expected to be used as an alternative to antibiotics for growth promotion and disease prevention of livestock and poultry,and even the development of human anticancer drugs.In this paper,the classification,function,action mechanism and preparation methods of sheep antimicrobial peptides were briefly reviewed in order to provide reference for the development of sheep antimicrobial peptides.
