摘要
为探索不同微生态制剂对小尾寒羊生长性能及血液生化指标的影响,利用喷涂技术将不同微生态制剂加入全混合颗粒日粮。将128只体重接近的小尾寒羊随机分为A、B、C、D四个组,每组32只,A组饲喂基础全混合颗粒日粮,B、C、D组分别饲喂喷涂微生态制剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的全混合颗粒日粮,预试期7 d,试验期92 d,测定各组羊的生长性能及血液生化指标的变化情况。结果显示,与A组相比,D组羊的末体重、平均日增重及日平均干物质采食量均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);C组羊只有日平均干物质采食量显著提高(P<0.05);B、C、D组羊血液中总蛋白的浓度均有所升高,但只有D组差异显著(P<0.05);C组和D组羊血液中的尿素氮浓度均显著降低(P<0.05)。说明全混合颗粒日粮中添加适量的微生态制剂可以改善小尾寒羊的生长性能,促进羊只对蛋白质等营养物质的代谢和吸收,其中以添加微生态制剂Ⅲ的效果最佳。
In order to explore the effects of different probiotics on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of Small-tailed Han sheep,different probiotics were added into totally mixed pellet diets by spraying technology.128 Small-tailed Han sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into groups A,B,C and D,with 32 sheep in each group.Group A was fed basic total mixed pellet diet,while groups B,C and D were fed total mixed pellet diets which spraying with probioticsⅠ,ⅡandⅢrespectively.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 days and the experiment lasted for 92 days.The changes of growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of sheep in each group were detected.The results showed as follows:compared with group A,the final body weight,average daily gain and average daily dry matter intake of group D were significantly increased(P<0.05),but the feed to weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);average daily dry matter intake of group C was significantly increased(P<0.05);the concentration of total protein in blood of sheep in groups B,C and D was totally increased,but only group D had significant difference(P<0.05);the blood urea nitrogen concentration of groups C and D was significantly decreased(P<0.05).These results indicated that adding proper amount of probiotics to total mixed pellet diets could improve the growth performance of Small-tailed Han sheep and promote the metabolism and absorption of protein and other nutrients,and the probioticsⅢhad the best effect among them.
