复方痢速康口服液体外抑菌活性及治疗羔羊腹泻临床效果观察

Observe in Vitro Antibacterial Activity and Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Herbal Compound Lisukang Oral Liquid on Lamb Diarrhea

通过研究痢速康口服液体外抑菌活性及临床治疗羔羊腹泻的效果,为临床应用提供可靠依据。采用牛津杯法开展了痢速康口服液对引起羔羊腹泻的主要病原菌体外抑菌活性观察,同时在甘肃省某肉羊场开展了痢速康口服液治疗羔羊腹泻的临床试验,选取2~7日龄患羔羊腹泻自然发病病例127只,随机分为痢速康口服液试验组(64只)和土霉素对照组(63只),试验组每天口服痢速康口服液2次,每次10 mL,对照组每天口服土霉素2次,每次0.5 g,连续给药3~6 d。体外抑菌试验结果表明,痢速康口服液原液(1.0 g/mL)对大肠杆菌、肠球菌高度敏感,对奇异变形杆菌和沙门氏菌中度敏感。临床治疗试验结果显示,痢速康口服液组的治愈率81.25%,有效率89.06%,平均治疗时间3.8 d;土霉素对照组治愈率79.37%,有效率90.48%,平均治疗时间5.3 d。两组治愈率和有效率比较均差异不显著(P>0.05),但治疗时间试验组明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。

To observe the effect of in vitro antibacterial activity and therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal compound Lisukang oral liquid on lamb diarrhea,and provide reliable data to clinical application,the antibacterial activity of Lisukang oral liquid against the main pathogens causing lamb diarrhea in vitro was conducted based on oxford cup method,and observe therapeutic effect of Lisukang oral liquid on lamb diarrhea in a sheep farm of Gansu province.127 lambs with diarrhea aged 2-7 days were randomly divided into Lisukang oral liquid test group(64)and oxytetracycline control group(63).The test group took Lisukang oral liquid twice a day,10 mL each time.The control group took oxytetracycline twice a day,0.5 g each time.The drug was administered continuously for 3-6 days.The results of in vitro bacteriostasis test showed that the original liquid of Lisukang oral liquid(1.0 g/mL)was highly sensitive to Escherichia coli and Enterococcus,and moderately sensitive to Proteus mirabilis and Salmonella.The results of clinical treatment showed that the cure rate of Lisukang oral liquid group was 81.25%,the effective rate was 89.06%,and the average treatment time was 3.8 days.What’s more,the cure rate of oxytetracycline control group was 79.37%,the effective rate was 90.48%,and the average treatment time was 5.3 days.There was no significant difference in the cure rate and effective rate of lamb diarrhea between Lisukang oral liquid group and oxytetracycline group(P>0.05),but the treatment time of Lisukang oral liquid group was significantly shorter than oxytetracycline group(P<0.05).
