摘要
在碱性条件下,黑磷量子点能催化增强luminol-H_(2)O_(2)体系的化学发光,对苯二酚能很好地抑制该体系的化学发光强度。考察了pH、luminol浓度、H_(2)O_(2)浓度、黑磷量子点浓度对化学发光体系的影响,并对黑磷量子点的催化机理和化学发光体进行了探讨。在最佳条件下,在1.0×10^(-8)~5.0×10^(-7) mol/L范围内,对苯二酚的浓度与化学发光强度降低值呈现良好线性,线性回归方程为△I=6372.3 C(μmol/L)+1329.7,相关系数R^(2)=0.9942,检出限为6.0×10^(-9) mol/L。
In alkaline environment,black phosphorus quantum dots could catalyze the chemiluminescence of luminol-H_(2)O_(2) system,and hydroquinone could efficiently inhibit the intensity of chemluminescence system.The effects of pH,luminol concentration,H_(2)O_(2) concentration and black phosphorus quantum dot concentration on the chemiluminescence intensity were investigated,and the catalytic mechanism and chemiluminescence species of black phosphorus quantum dots were discussed.Under the optimized conditions,the concentration of hydroquinone in the range of 1.0×10^(-8) to 5.0×10^(-7) mol/L is linearly correlated with the chemluminescence intensity reduction,the linear regression equation is△I=6372.3 C(μmol/L)+1329.7,and the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9942 with the detection limit being 6.0×10^(-9) mol/L.
