GeoSLAM 3D Laser Scanner in Real Est ate Surveying

随着现代化测绘技术的发展,新型测绘方式显著缩短了数据采集周期,提高了测绘效率。三维激光扫描技术是近年来国内外比较先进的新型测绘方式,GeoSLAM产品则是基于SLAM算法的移动式三维激光扫描系统,能独立完成空间三维信息的扫描,无须GPS技术辅助。与传统数据收集系统相比,GeoSLAM扫描仪工作效率大幅提高。基于此,笔者从测绘领域的视角对GeoSLAM扫描仪在房产测量上的应用进行讨论,以期对相关从业者有所帮助。

With the development of modern surveying and mapping technology,new surveying and mapping methods have significantly shortened the data collection cycle and improved the surveying and mapping efficiency.3D laser scanning technology is a relatively advanced new surveying and mapping method at home and abroad in recent years.GeoSLAM products are mobile 3D laser scanning systems based on SLAM algorithms,which can independently scan spatial 3D information without the assistance of GPS technology.Compared with traditional data collection systems,GeoSLAM scanners work much more efficiently.Based on this,the author discusses and studies the application of GeoSLAM scanners in real estate measurement from the perspective of the field of surveying and mapping,in order to help relevant practitioners.
