Design and Implementation of Campus Visitor Reservation System in Colleges and Universities

高校传统的访客管理采取手工登记方式,存在很多的管理弊端及安全隐患。文章设计的高校访客预约系统提供访客登记、接待人登记两种登记方式,提供动态配置预约信息填写项的功能,通过使用通行码及二维码验证的方式进行访客入校管控,与区块链数据平台完成信息同步。系统极大地提高了访客入校效率与体验感,为校方提供了数据统计与报表功能。

The traditional visitor management in Colleges and universities adopts manual registration,which has many management disadvantages and potential safety hazards.The University Visitor reservation system designed in this paper provides two registration methods:visitor registration and receiver registration,and provides the function of dynamically configuring the reservation information filling items.It controls the admission of visitors by using the pass code and QR code verification,and completes the information synchronization with the blockchain data platform.The system greatly improves the efficiency and experience of visitors,and provides data statistics and report functions for the school.
