摘要 介绍了准格尔旗宏丰煤炭运销有限责任公司红树梁煤矿智能化矿井建设的推进历程;重点阐述了该矿在一些关键技术领域,如智能煤流运输系统、煤矿智能综合灾害防治和通防系统、模块化智能数据中心机房等领域实现的创新突破,以及在智能管控一体化平台、智能综采系统、矿井综合保障系统平台、选煤厂智能管控系统和煤炭销售无人值守系统建设等方面取得的显著成效。对该矿下一步智能化建设的重点项目进行了简要介绍。通过矿井智能化建设,红树梁煤矿在安全生产、节能降耗、效益管理等方面得到大幅提升,全矿用工人数不足530人,单班入井人数不到70人,吨煤完全成本仅为90.6元。 The promoting process of intelligent mine construction of Hongshuliang Coal Mine of Jungar Banner Hongfeng Coal Transportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.was introduced,and the innovation and breakthrough of the mine in some key technical fields were expounded,such as intelligent coal flow transportation system,intelligent comprehensive disaster control and ventilation and prevention system,modular intelligent data center computer room,and the remarkable achievements had been achieved were elaborated in intelligent management and control integration platform,intelligent fully mechanized mining system,mine comprehensive support system platform,intelligent control system of coal preparation plant and unattended system of coal sales.The key projects of coal mine intelligent construction in the next step were briefly introduced.Through the intelligent construction of the mine,Hongshuliang Coal Mine had greatly improved in terms of safety production,energy conservation and consumption reduction,benefit management,etc.The number of workers in the whole mine was less than 530,the number of workers entering the well in a single shift was less than 70,and the complete cost per ton of coal was only 90.6 yuan.
