摘要
介绍了钒氮合金除尘灰的化学成分比较复杂,除钠之外,还含有较多的钾、硫和碳等元素,文章针对除尘灰含有较高钠钾资源的特点,开发了以除尘灰作为钠盐用于焙烧钒渣提钒的处理工艺。研究结果表明:在除尘灰加入量为钒渣质量20%、770℃温度条件下焙烧2.5 h,钒渣中90.2%的钒可被提取。该技术提供了钒氮合金除尘灰的资源化利用新途径。
The chemical composition of vanadium nitrogen alloy dust is complex.Apart from sodium,it includes other more elements,such as potassium,sulfur and carbon.According to the characteristics of the dust containing high sodium and potassium resources,a treatment that the dust is used as sodium salt for recovery of vanadium from vanadium-bearing slag roasted is developed.The results show that 90.2%of vanadium can be extracted from the vanadiumbearing slag by roasting at a temperature of 770℃for 2.5 hours when the dust addition occupies 20%of vanadiumbearing slag mass.The technology provides a new way for resource utilization of the vanadium nitrogen alloy dust.
