摘要
介绍了对铌回收料进行分析确定铝热生产工艺,实现铌回收料生产铌铁合金工艺方案。经过试验确定工艺的最优反应热量,通过试验摸索铌回收料中铝元素的性质,确定铌回收料中铝元素参与反应的比例,从而实现铌回收料生产满足国标要求的铌铁合金,实现铌资源有效回收利用,同时产生经济效益。
In the paper,the technological scheme of producing ferroniobium with niobium reclaimed material is realized by analyzing and determining the process of aluminothermic production.The optimum reaction heat of the process is determined through experiments,the properties of aluminum element in niobium reclaimed material are studied through experiments,and the proportion of aluminum element in niobium reclaimed material is determined in the reaction,so as to realize the production of ferroniobium with niobium reclaimed material meeting the requirements of national standard,and the effective recovery and utilization of niobium resources with economic benefits.
