摘要
用户需求是设计的起点,也是设计的最终实现目标。当前众多移动阅读应用中缺乏用户主观需求的系统化定量研究,本文通过用户研究、因子分析方法确定了21项需求因子与5个需求维度,并建立了需求模型,通过层次分析法计算模型中各维度与需求的权重,最终明确了移动阅读应用中用户需求的定量化研究手段,确立了产品优化的方向与核心需求内容。
User needs are the starting point of the design and the ultimate goal of the design.At present,many mobile reading applications lack systematic quantitative research on the subjective needs of users.Through user research and factor analysis methods,this paper identifies 21 demand factors and 5 demand dimensions,and establishes a demand model;the calculation model is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.The weight value of each dimension and demand finally clarified the quantitative research method of user demand in mobile reading applications,and established the product optimization direction and core demand content.
