摘要
为了抑制微波毫米波卫星通信系统中混频器和功放输出的各种杂散信号,笔者提出一种新型的结构紧凑的射频滤波器设计方案。该滤波器采用平行耦合线与发夹型滤波器结合的微带带通滤波器形式,选取合适的介质板材,根据仿真优化的结构尺寸,进行实物制作加工,然后测试实验结果,经过实验测试与仿真数据的对比,进一步反向优化设计参数。实测结果表明,在微波毫米波卫星通信工作频带内(14.0~14.5 GHz),带内插入损耗小于4 dB,带内回波损耗小于15 dB;在通带外13.05 GHz处的抑制度不小于25 dB;在26.1 GHz处的抑制度不小于10 dB;在28~29 GHz时的抑制度不小于25 dB。
A new compact RF filter is proposed to suppress all kinds of spurious signals from mixers and power amplifiers in the microwave millimeter wave satellite communication system.The filter adopts the form of micro-strip band-pass filter which combines parallel coupling line and hairpin filter,selecting the appropriate dielectric plate,and carries out the physical production and processing according to the structure size optimized by simulation.The experimental results are tested and compared with the simulation data to further optimize the design parameters.It shows that the insertion loss is less than 4dB,the return loss is less than 15 dB,the suppression value is more than 25 dB at 13.05 GHz,more than 10 dB at 26.1 GHz,more than 25 dB at(28~29 GHz),and less than 25 dB at(28~29 GHz).
