摘要
现有的绩效评价系统中,绩效指标均存在较大的缺陷,难以保证绩效评价的准确性。为了提高评价精度,设计基于平衡计分卡的应用型高校教学质量绩效评价系统。在硬件中,设计开机通信模式与电源芯片;在软件设计中,建立战略地图,基于平衡计分卡遍历多重决策树,设计绩效评价算法,从而得到完整有效的高校教学质量绩效评价系统。通过计算不同算法的训练误差,证明了基于平衡计分卡方法所得绩效评价系统比其他系统的评价结果更准确。
In the existing performance evaluation system,performance indicators all have major defects,and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of performance evaluation.In order to improve the evaluation accuracy,an application-oriented university teaching quality performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is designed.In the hardware,the power-on communication mode and power supply chip are designed;in the s oftware design,a strategy map is established,multiple decision trees are traversed based on the balanced scorecard,and a performance evaluation algorithm is designed to obtain a complete and effective performance evaluation system for college teaching quality.The training errors of different algorithms are calculated in the experiment,which proves that the performance evaluation system obtained by the balanced scorecard method is more accurate than the evaluation results of other systems.
