摘要
目的探讨益生菌治疗腹泻研究的现状、热点与前沿趋势。方法检索Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库2011至2021年应用益生菌治疗腹泻的相关文献,通过可视化软件CiteSpace对发文量、国家、机构、关键词等进行分析。结果经过筛选共纳入1456篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势。载文量最高的期刊为Beneficial Microbes,被引频次最高的期刊为PLoS One。高频关键词主要有prevention、double blind、lactic acid bacteria、gut microbiota和antibiotic associated diarrhea等。关键词聚类主要集中在children、growth performance、clostridium difficile、antimicrobial activity和antibiotic等几个方面。近5年的突现词主要为cell、fecal microbiota、lactobacillus plantarum、diversity、inflammation、dysbiosis和resistance等。结论应用益生菌治疗腹泻研究领域的热点为艰难梭状芽胞杆菌感染腹泻、抗生素相关腹泻、溃疡性结肠炎相关腹泻、儿童腹泻和益生菌抗菌活性。前沿研究为结肠炎、植物乳杆菌、免疫反应、菌群多样性及菌群失调。
Objective To explore the current status,hotspots and trends of the research on probiotics in treatment of diarrhea.Methods Literatures on probiotics in treatment of diarrhea published from 2011to 2021were searched in the Web of Science(WOS)core database,and the publication volume,distribution of nations and institutions,and keywords were analyzed using the CiteSpace software.Results A total of 1,456articles were included.The publication volume showed an upward trend.The Beneficial Microbes was the most productive journal,and PLoS One was the most cited journal.High-frequency keywords mainly included"prevention""double blind"and"lactic acid bacteria"etc.The keyword clustering results concentrated on"children""growth performance"and"Clostridium difficile"etc."Cell""fecal microbiota""Lactobacillus plantarum""diversity""inflammation""dysbiosis"and"resistance"etc.were burst terms in the latest five years.Conclusion Diarrhea associated with Clostridium difficile,antibiotics and ulcerative colitis,antimicrobial activity of probiotics and infant diarrhea are the hotspots.Studies on colitis,Lactobacillus plantarum,immune response,diversity and dysbiosis are the frontier research.
