基于肠道菌群探讨七味白术散改善胰岛素抵抗的机制

The mechanism of Qiwei Baizhu powder in the treatment of insulin resistance based on intestinal flora

七味白术散由人参、木香、白茯苓、炒白术、藿香叶、葛根、甘草七味药组成,具有健脾益气、和胃生津的功效,是中医治疗糖尿病气阴两虚证的代表方剂。现代药理学研究表明,七味白术散可以通过调节肠道微生态平衡和促进黏膜再生,杀灭有害菌群,促进有益菌群的增殖。而肠道菌群是现代治疗胰岛素抵抗的新靶点。肠道菌群控制并增强内源性胰高血糖素肽2(GLP-2)的产生,从而通过GLP-2依赖机制改善肠道屏障功能,有助于改善肥胖和糖尿病患者的肠道屏障功能。因此,总结近年来七味白术散作用机制的研究以及调节肠道菌群治疗胰岛素抵抗的研究,以期为改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗提供新的思路与参考。

Qiwei Baizhu powder(QWBZP)is the traditional Chinese medicinal formula treating Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in diabetes disease.The effect of QWBZP in strengthening the spleen and stomach is remarkable.Modern pharmacology study has shown that QWBZP can kill harmful bacteria,promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria by regulating intestinal microecological balance and promoting mucosal regeneration.Intestinal flora is a new target for modern treatment of insulin resistance.Intestinal microflora can control and enhance the production of endogenous GLP-2,thus improve the intestinal barrier function through GLP-2dependent mechanism,which is helpful to improve the intestinal barrier function of obese and diabetic patients.This article reviews the progress in research on QWBZP,insulin resistance and intestinal flora in order to provide new ideas and reference for improving insulin resistance in type 2diabetes.
