益生微生物在铅中毒治疗中的机制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 铅是一种高蓄积、高毒性的重金属污染物,严重威胁公众健康。目前国内外已有相当数量的研究表明微生物具有治疗铅中毒的潜力。多种益生微生物能通过多种机制与体内铅结合从而减少体内铅蓄积,调节体内微生态平衡,减轻铅中毒带来的机体损伤。抗铅益生微生物是一类在适当摄入数量会对宿主机体带来益处的活的具有结合铅能力的微生物,在铅中毒治疗中发挥其独有的优势,因此可成为治疗早期铅中毒的新方法。本文基于文献检索对益生微生物结合铅的主要机制及其应用进行综述。 Lead is a highly accumulative and toxic heavy metal pollutant that poses a serious threat to public health.Considerable number of studies conducted both nationally and internationally have demonstrated the potential of microorganisms in treating lead poisoning.A variety of probiotic microorganisms can bind to lead in vivo through various mechanisms to reduce the accumulation of lead,regulate the micro-ecological balance in vivo and alleviate the damage caused by lead poisoning.Lead-resistant probiotic microorganisms are a kind of living microorganisms with the ability to bind lead in quantities which can bring benefit to host organism when being intook in proper quantities,and offer unique advantages in the treatment of lead poisoning,which can be a new direction for the early prevention and treatment of lead poisoning.This paper reviews the main mechanism and application of lead being bound by probiotics based on literature search.
