γ-聚谷氨酸基复合保水剂对白灵菇生长的影响

Effects of Adding γ-polyglutamic Acid-based Composite Water-retaining Agent on the Growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis

摘要 以白灵菇菌株TN01为试材,通过对白灵菇栽培特性、水分代谢以及降解酶活性等相关指标的测定,探究栽培料中添加新型γ-聚谷氨酸基复合保水剂对白灵菇生长中的影响,以期为γ-聚谷氨酸基保水剂在食用菌中的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:添加γ-聚谷氨酸基复合保水剂不仅能促进白灵菇菌丝生长,缩短满袋时间与后熟期,使白灵菇的现蕾时间提前6~7 d;同时显著提高了平均单袋产量和水分利用效率。与对照相比,添加γ-聚谷氨酸-壳聚糖、γ-聚谷氨酸-明胶复合保水剂后,平均单袋产量分别提高103%、79%,水分利用效率分别提高102%、78%。且添加γ-聚谷氨酸-壳聚糖复合保水剂可显著降低菌袋污染率,达到0.38%。 Taking Pleurotus nebrodensis strain TN01 as test material.The effects of a new type of γ-polyglutamic acid-based composite water-retaining agent added to the cultivation material on the growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied by determining the cultivation characteristics, water metabolism and degrading enzyme activity and other related indicators of Pleurotus nebrodensis,in order to provide reference for the application of γ-polyglutamic acid-based water-retaining agent in edible fungi.The results showed that adding γ-polyglutamic acid-based composite water-retaining agent could promote the mycelial growth, shorten the full bags and post-ripening period, and advance the primordium formation by 6-7 days.At the same time, the average single rod yield, biological conversion rate and water use efficiency were significantly improved.Compared with the control, after adding γ-polyglutamic acid-chitosan and the γ-polyglutamic acid-gelatin, the average single rod yield of Pleurotus nebrodensis increased by 103% and 79%,the water use efficiency increased by 102% and 78%,respectively.And adding of γ-polyglutamic acid-chitosan composite water-retaining agent could significantly reduce the pollution rate, up to 0.38%.
