在线健康社区中语言风格对信息可信度影响研究综述

Research review of the impact of the language style on information credibility in the online health community

梳理当前在线健康社区(OHC)交流中语言风格对信息可信度的影响,对其深入分析有助于把握在线健康社区用户的交流规律及心理模式,有利于促进在线健康社区环境下医患信任的建立。本研究通过系统综述方法,从信息来源与信息内容2个维度展开分析,较为详尽地梳理主要成果与研究现状。语言风格能体现出信息来源的专业程度、能力以及信息内容的知识体系与复杂程度,影响信息可信度的感知。有关医生如何调整语言风格有利于提高信息可信度方面研究结论存在不一致,需进一步研究。

This study aimed to understand the influence of language style on credibility in the current online health community(OHC)communication,an indepth analysis is helpful to grasp the communication rules and psychological patterns of online health community users,and to promote the establishment of doctor-patient trust in the online health community environment.In this study,the main achievements and research status are combed in detail by using systematic review method,which is analyzed from two dimensions of information source and information content.The results show that language style can reflect the professional level and ability of information sources,as well as the knowledge system and complexity of information content,and affect the perception of information credibility.There are different conclusions about how doctors adjust their language style to improve their credibility,which needs further study.
