增强新时代大学生党员“党员意识”的路径研究--基于“动机-行为-结果”动态性视角的分析

Research on the Path of Enhancing the“CPC Member Consciousness”of College Student Party Members in the New Era--Based on the Dynamic Perspective of“Motivation-Behavior-Result”

党员意识是党的意志在共产党员思想上的认同、行动上的自觉和价值上的共同追求,大学生党员的党员意识具有开放性、成长性和创新性特点。以新时期大学生党员面临的时代背景,运用自我决定理论的“动机-行为-结果”动态性视角进行分析,建议新时代高校要加强学习和教育,强化党员意识的思想哺育机制;要强化服务和实践,构建党员意识的行为管理机制;要重视考核与监督,形成党员意识的结果评价机制。

The consciousness of CPC members is the recognition of the party’s will in the party’s ideology,the consciousness of action and the common pursuit of value.The consciousness of CPC members of college students has the characteristics of openness,growth and innovation.Based on the background of the new era and the dynamic perspective of“motivation-behavior-result”of self-determination theory,it is suggested that colleges and universities should strengthen learning and education,and strengthen the ideological feeding mechanism of CPC members’consciousness in the new era;We should strengthen the service and practice,and build the behavior management mechanism of CPC members’consciousness;We should pay attention to the assessment and supervision,and form the result evaluation mechanism of CPC members’consciousness.
