摘要
冶炼企业的余热锅炉不但可以回收余热,而且可以捕集高温烟气中的烟尘,回收贵重金属,降低烟气的含尘量,但运行过程中如果结焦严重将导致检修间隔缩短,对生产造成影响。某冶炼公司原采用人工通过操作孔进行除焦,存在劳动量大、除焦效果不明显的问题。为此,该公司采取改造锅炉辐射区结构、改进入炉物料形态和含水量、添加结焦抑制剂、采用锅炉喷涂技术等措施控制锅炉结焦,取得了明显效果,锅炉检修间隔从30 d增加至40 d,结焦清理量从20~25 t降至10 t左右,清理时间从每月48 h降至6~7 h。此次锅炉系统的成功改造可为同类企业提供参考。
The waste heat boiler in smelting plant can not only recover waste heat but also collect dust in hot off-gas,recover valuable metals and reduce dust content in off-gas,however,if there is severe coking in the operation,it will shorten the maintenance interval and affect the production.A certain company used to remove the coking by worker entering the manhole,resulting the issues of large labor intensity and inconspicuous de-coking effect.Based on the above,the company took the measures of updating the structure of the radiation zone of boiler,improving the form and moisture content of inlet material,adding coking depressant,using boiler spray technology,etc.to control boiler coking,and obvious results were achieved.The boiler maintenance interval is increased from 30 days to 40 days,the amount of cleared coking is reduced from 20~25 t to approximately 10 t,and the clearing time is reduced from 48 h/month to 6~7 h/month.The successful transformation of the boiler system can provide a reference to the similar plants.
