新时代农村青年带头人的成长路径特征及启示——基于广东省14位“全国农村青年致富带头人”的质性研究

文章通过对广东省14位“全国农村青年致富带头人”的案例分析发现,他们的成长路径具有六个显著特征:一是懂农业,勇于改革,掌握现代农业生产技能;二是爱农村,自强不息,拥有产业发展系统思维;三是爱农民,甘于奉献,带动乡邻共同致富;四是有文化,攻坚克难,综合学习能力强;五是爱科学,锐意创新,科学文化素质高;六是善经营,不畏风险,充满创业激情。由于主客观条件的差异,“全国农村青年致富带头人”的成长路径,对于新时代农村青年来说很难简单复制,但对于后者却具有诸多重要启示。

In this paper,through the case analysis of 14"youth leaders of national rural prosperity"in Guangdong Province,it is found that their growth path has six remarkable characteristics:first,they understand agriculture,have the courage to reform,and master modern agricultural production skills;second,they love rural areas,with a strong determination of continuous self-improvement,with industrial development system thinking;third,they love farmers,willing to contribute to the rural areas,and can lead neighbors to become rich together;fourth,they are cultured,brave to overcome difficulties,with a strong comprehensive learning ability;fifth,they love science,pursue determined innovation,with high scientific and cultural quality;sixth,they are good managers,not afraid of risks,full of entrepreneurial passion.Due to the difference between subjective and objective conditions,the development path of"youth leaders of national rural prosperity"is difficult to copy simply for the rural youth in the new era,but it has a lot of important enlightenment for the latter.
