乡村振兴视域下党建引领乡风文明建设的经验研究——以重庆市H村为例

文明乡风能提升乡村振兴“软实力”,然而在中西部地区的一些农村,乡风文明建设仍是制约乡村发展的掣肘。H村是重庆市“党建引领乡风治理”试点村之一,其通过激发源头活水、打牢建设基础、营造民主氛围与擦亮文明底色的实践,使乡风文明建设成效显著,并赋予以价值引领把握乡风文明建设内涵、以政治引领确保乡风文明建设方向、以组织引领涵养乡风文明建设动力和以制度引领保障乡风文明建设持续的经验启示。

Civilized township wind energy promotes the revitalization of"soft power"in rural areas.However,in some rural areas in the central and western regions,the construction of rural wind civilization is still a constraint to rural development.Village H is one of the pilot villages of"Party Building leading Rural Style Governance"in Chongqing.Through the practice of stimulating the source of living water,laying a solid foundation for construction,creating a democratic atmosphere and polishing the background of civilization,it has achieved remarkable results in the construction of rural civilization.It also gives the experience and enlightenment of grasping the connotation of rural wind civilization construction by value guidance,ensuring the direction of rural wind civilization construction by political guidance,conserving the driving force of rural wind civilization construction by organization and ensuring the sustainability of rural wind civilization construction by system guidance.
