摘要
笔者根据中条山集团铜矿峪矿选铜尾矿的物理性能、化学成分、物相结构、热性能等特征,论证铜尾矿烧制建筑陶瓷瓷质砖的可行性。试验以传统瓷质砖原料配方为基础,通过铜尾矿部分取代其中的瘠性原料,合理设计配方组成,试烧制建筑陶瓷瓷质砖并检测其物理性能。试验结果证明,可以利用铜尾矿成功烧制建筑陶瓷瓷质砖制品,为铜尾矿综合利用,发展绿色矿山探索出一条新途径。
In this paper,the physical properties,the chemical composition,the structure and the thermal properties of copper mine tails from Tongkuangyu Copper Mine in Zhongtiaoshan Non-ferrous Metals Groups are investigated.On this basis,the paper discusses the feasibility of using copper mine tails to fire porcelain tiles.The experimentation has developed the porcelain formulas in which copper tailings partly replace the traditional porcelain materials.The experimentation has also tested the physical properties of porcelain tiles with the new porcelain formulas.The result of experimentation shows that the copper tailings can be successfully used to fire porcelain tiles.This explores a new way of the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings and the green development of copper mines.
