原水絮凝剂加药位置优化改造

摘要 介绍了中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司原水絮凝剂加药系统存在的加药位置选取不合理、所加药剂反应时间较短、药效难以充分发挥作用等一系列问题,生产中通过改变加药位置的措施方法对絮凝剂加药系统进行针对性的改造。加药系统加药位置改造完成后,提高了絮凝剂加药系统的工作效率,保证了药剂的稳定供应,促进了药剂充分溶解,稳定了絮凝剂的浓度,节约了生产用水成本,有效提高了原水的处理效果及处理能力。 This paper introduces a series of problems existing in the raw water flocculation dosing system of CNOOC Huahe Chmical Company, such as unreasonable selection of dosing positions, short reaction time of the added drugs, and difficulty in taking full effect of drugs. The targeted retrofit of the flocculation dosing system has taken by measures of changing the dosing position in production. After the modification of the dosing position of dosing system is completed, the working efficiency of the flocculant dosing system is improved, the stable supply of drugs is ensured, the full dissolution of drugs is promoted, the concentration of the flocculant is stabilized, the production water cost is saved, and the treatment effect and treatment capacity of raw water are effectively improved.
