生物反馈疗法治疗男性强戒人员焦虑、抑郁情绪的研究

Study on the Effect of Biofeedback Therapy on Anxiety and Depression of Male Rehabilitation Personnel

目的:探讨生物反馈疗法治疗男性强戒人员焦虑、抑郁情绪的效果。方法:采用SAS、SDS问卷对北京市天堂河强制隔离戒毒所2021年11月10日在所的215名男性强戒人员进行测试,对SAS、SDS得分均高于全国常模的强戒人员进行面诊,将入组的诊断为轻度/中度焦虑伴轻度/中度抑郁的48例强戒人员随机分成对照组(n=24)与观察组(n=24)。对照组进行强戒场所常规的心理疏导和康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行20天生物反馈治疗,比较两组治疗效果、SAS评分、SDS评分、血清皮质醇浓度,并分析观察组电生理指标(肌电值、放松指数、注意力指数)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为79.17%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分、血清皮质醇浓度低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,观察组治疗前、治疗后及总体血清皮质醇水平与SDS评分均呈正相关(r=0.797、0.768、0.778,P<0.05);观察组治疗后肌电值低于治疗前,放松指数和注意力指数高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈疗法可改善男性强戒人员的焦虑、抑郁情绪,可以用于强戒场所男性强戒人员焦虑、抑郁情绪的治疗。

Objective:To study the effects of biofeedback therapy on anxiety and depression of the drug addicts in a compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation center.Methods:SAS and SDS questionnaires were used to test the 215 drug addicts in Beijing Tiantanghe Compulsory Isolated Drug Rehabilitation Center on November 10,2021.The drug addicts whose SAS and SDS scores were higher than the national norm were interviewed.48 drug addicts diagnosed as mild/moderate anxiety with mild/moderate depression were randomly divided into control group(n=24)and observation group(n=24).The control group was given routine psychological counseling and rehabilitation training in the strong sites,and the observation group received 20 d biofeedback treatments on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,SAS score,SDS score and serum cortisol concentration were compared between the two groups,and the electrophysiological indexes(EMG,relaxation index and attention index)of the observation group were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 79.17%,which was higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS,SDS score and serum cortisol concentration in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum cortisol level was positively correlated with SDS score in the observation group before treatment,after treatment and orerall(r=0.797,0.768,0.778,P<0.05).The EMG of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the relaxation index and attention index were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of male drug addicts,and can be used to treat the anxiety and depression of drug addicts in compulsory isolated rehabilitation centers.
