复方氯己定含漱液与西帕依固龈液预防种植体植入后早期感染的疗效对比分析 被引量:4

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Compound Chlorhexidinecontaining Gargling and Sipa Egivine Fluid in Preventing Early Infection after Implantation

摘要 目的:探讨复方氯己定含漱液与西帕依固龈液预防种植体植入后早期感染的临床效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2021年10月我院实施口腔种植手术的86例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组术后予以复方氯己定含漱液,观察组术后予以西帕依固龈液,比较两组术后种植体周围细菌定植数、牙周指标[龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)]、伤口愈合情况及用药安全性。结果:术后1周,观察组需氧菌、兼性厌氧菌及专性厌氧菌定植数略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SBI、PLI低于对照组,PD小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组伤口愈合优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的90.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的9.30%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方氯己定含漱液与西帕依固龈液用于种植体植入后早期感染预防中均可达到确切抑菌作用,且安全性良好,西帕依固龈液能更能有效改善牙周指标,促进伤口愈合。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound chlorhexidine-containing gargling solution and sipa edgingo gingival solution in preventing early infection after implantation.Methods:A total of 86 patients who underwent oral implant surgery in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle after operation,and the observation group was treated with Xipayi gingival fixation after operation.The bacterial colonization,periodontal index[sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket depth(PD)],wound healing and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Results:1 week after operation,the number of aerobic bacteria,facultative anaerobic bacteria and specific anaerobic bacteria in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).SBI and PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,PD was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.70%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 9.30%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound chlorhexidinecontaining gargling and sipa edgingival fluid can be used for early infection prevention after implant implantation,which can achieve definite bacteriostatic effect and good safety,and sipa igingo gingival fluid can more effectively improve periodontal indicators and promote wound healing.
