2型糖尿病胰岛素注射时机与血糖控制效果探讨

Discussion on the Timing of Insulin Injection and the Effect of Blood Sugar Control in Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨2型糖尿病胰岛素注射时机对于血糖控制的效果。方法:选择2018年2月—2020年2月在该院治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者,根据胰岛素的不同注射时机,分为研究组(早餐前注射)和对照组(睡前注射),各50例。比较两组治疗前后血糖值、血糖下降幅度、达标时间及每日胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率。结果:两组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组FPG下降幅度、2 hPG下降幅度、餐前、睡前、夜间血糖控制时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组低血糖发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的4.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早餐前注射与睡前注射胰岛素均可有效控制血糖,改善血糖水平,且低血糖发生率概率小。

Objective:To probe the effect of insulin injection timing on blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Selected 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020.According to the different injection timing of insulin,they were divided into study group(injection before breakfast)and control group(injection before bedtime),each with 50 cases,and the blood glucose level,blood glucose decrease range,time to reach the standard,daily insulin dosage,and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the decrease of FPG,the decrease of 2 hPG,the time of blood glucose control before meals,before bedtime and at night between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 4.00%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insulin injection before breakfast and bedtime can effectively control blood sugar,improve blood sugar level,and the incidence of hypoglycemia is small.
